Welcome to AI-Powered Models ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Overview of Services
AI-Powered Models provides AI-driven content creation services to the fashion industry. We partner with professional models and their agencies to create digital likenesses of real-life models (“Digital Twins”) and use these Digital Twins to produce commercial content (e.g., e-commerce, lookbooks, social media assets) for fashion brands.
2. Partnerships with Models and Agencies
• All digital likenesses are created only with explicit written consent from the model and their agency (if applicable).
• Models and agencies will enter into separate licensing and release agreements specifying the scope, duration, usage rights, compensation, and revocation rights related to their Digital Twins.
• AI-Powered Models will not use a model’s likeness without valid authorization.
4. Content Licensing & Intellectual Property
• All content created using Digital Twins remains the property of AI-Powered Models unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Clients (fashion brands) will receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the produced content solely for the purposes agreed upon in writing.
• Clients may not modify, resell, sublicense, or distribute the content beyond the agreed scope without prior written consent.
• No ownership rights to the underlying AI models or Digital Models are transferred to clients.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Misuse, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute our AI systems or Digital Twins.
• Use our Services or content to create or disseminate defamatory, obscene, pornographic, misleading, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Impersonate real individuals or misrepresent the origin of any content created using our Services.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
• We collect and process personal data from models and partners in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Biometric or likeness data used to create Digital Twins is stored and processed securely and only for authorized purposes.
• AI-Powered models is allowed to share biometric data, or likeness data, with their technological partners.
7. Payments
• Payment terms for agencies, models, and clients are governed by individual service agreements.
• Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimers
• Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We make no guarantees that content created using Digital Twins will achieve specific commercial outcomes.
• AI-Powered Models is not responsible for any unauthorized use of content once it has been delivered to clients.
